1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bet9a platform, accessible at https://bet9a.cam ("the Site", "the Platform", "bet9a"). bet9a is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform primarily serving users in Pakistan. By accessing or using any part of this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and bet9a ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on the bet9a Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by bet9a to eligible users subject to specific promotional terms.
• "Content" means all text, images, data, software, graphics, audio, video, information and other materials published on or accessible through the Platform.
• "Deposit" means any funds transferred by a User into their bet9a Account for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm a user's identity, age and payment source.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan, used for balance displays and transaction references on this Platform.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of total wagered amounts returned to players over time by a given game.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in individual promotional terms) must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's bet9a Account to their designated payment method.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, making a Deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Acceptance is effective as of the date of your first use or registration, whichever is earlier.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and bet9a.

bet9a reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on bet9a, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity).
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Not be a current employee, director, officer or contractor of bet9a, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• Not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from bet9a or any associated platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

bet9a reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending bonus amounts.

5 Account Registration

5.1 One Account per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one Account. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — identified by name, address, payment method, device, IP address or other means — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated Accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

5.3 KYC Verification

bet9a may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage, including before processing a Withdrawal. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address. Completion of KYC is a condition of continued Account use and Withdrawal processing.

6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bet9a's support team immediately at [email protected]. bet9a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain credential confidentiality.

bet9a will never request your full password by email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from bet9a, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

Deposits fund your bet9a Account for the purpose of placing wagers. All transactions are conducted in PKR where supported by the Platform's live cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

The following payment methods are referenced for context as services familiar to Pakistani users: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL internet banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank online, Bank Alfalah internet banking and certain cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). Availability of any specific method is subject to the Platform's live cashier configuration, which may change without notice. None of these payment providers endorse or support gambling.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods verified in your Account. Pending KYC requirements must be satisfied before any Withdrawal is processed. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed.

bet9a reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large Withdrawals or where AML obligations require additional verification. Withdrawals associated with incomplete wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are fulfilled.

7.3 Currency & Exchange

Where transactions are processed in PKR, the applicable rate will be displayed at the time of the transaction. bet9a accepts no liability for currency fluctuation losses, particularly in relation to cryptocurrency transactions.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on bet9a are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market and sport in question. By placing a wager you confirm that you understand the relevant rules and accept the displayed odds at the time of bet placement.

• Wagers are final once confirmed. Errors in selection, stake or market type cannot be reversed after confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. bet9a reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets where data integrity cannot be confirmed.
• Accumulator and parlay bets require all selections to win. Void selections within an accumulator reduce the number of legs; the remaining selections settle normally.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• bet9a does not warrant the accuracy of odds or market data and accepts no liability for errors caused by third-party data providers.
• Cricket markets — including Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Batter, Top Bowler, Total Runs and Over/Under — are provided for PSL, ICC and other international tournaments as sports-information context. bet9a is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any participating team.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotions offered by bet9a are subject to individual promotional terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the promotional terms prevail for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR at the applicable conversion rate where relevant.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, where applicable, are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× bonus).
• Only certain game types and categories may contribute to wagering requirements. Excluded games are specified in individual promotional terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or to external parties.
• bet9a reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or employing systematic low-risk wagering strategies to meet requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to Account closure.

10 Prohibited Conduct

Users of bet9a are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person or entity.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack or disrupt the Platform's systems, software or data.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair wagering advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using proceeds of criminal activity to fund an Account (money laundering).
• Allowing underage individuals to use your Account or access the Platform through your credentials.
• Reproducing, distributing or publicly displaying any Content from the Platform without prior written authorisation.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, reporting to relevant authorities and legal action where warranted.

11 Intellectual Property

All Content on the bet9a Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, button designs, page layouts, software and compilations — is the property of bet9a or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any resale, commercial use, distribution, public display or modification of Platform Content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet9a shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through the Platform.
• Interruption, delay or failure of Platform services due to technical faults, maintenance, third-party provider outages or force majeure events.
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores or market data supplied by third-party data providers.
• Loss of data resulting from system failures or unauthorised access to your Account where reasonable security measures were in place.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by bet9a's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13 Responsible Gambling

bet9a is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the wellbeing of its users seriously. The following provisions apply:

• Users may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits through their Account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Users may request a temporary cool-off or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and, once confirmed, are irrevocable for the chosen exclusion period.
• bet9a will not target users who have self-excluded with promotional communications.
• Users are encouraged to seek help if gambling becomes a problem. Independent guidance and support information is available on our Responsible Gambling page.

Gambling is intended as entertainment. It should never be used as a financial strategy, a means of recovering previous losses or a response to personal or financial stress. If you feel your gambling is out of control, seek help immediately.

14 Suspension & Termination

bet9a reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder is under the minimum eligible age.
• Technical, legal or regulatory requirements necessitating account restriction.

Upon termination for cause, bet9a may, at its discretion, withhold funds pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the user's verified payment method.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bonus amounts that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet9a holds its operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in the Platform's licensing information, accessible via the Platform footer or upon written request to our support team.

Pakistani users are reminded that local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional or overriding obligations. bet9a does not provide legal advice. If you are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in your location, you should seek independent legal counsel before using the Platform.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to bet9a's customer support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the Platform's licence documentation.

16 Amendments to These Terms

bet9a reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions) take effect upon publication.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
