12 Children's Privacy

The bet9a Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or above — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the minimum eligible age.

If you access a third-party service as a result of using our Platform, their own privacy policy governs data collected in that context. 15 Policy Amendments

bet9a reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.
